The bitfilm festival is over and all the winners have been announced yesterday (we briefly commented...).
Winner of the 2005 machinima category is April Hoffmann's "the Awakening" series.
Very well deserved as "the Awakening" is not only a funny movie but explains machinima itself to a degree that makes it a viewing pleasure for both people that play the game Sims2 and those who don't know it.
April wins 1500 Euros and a cute friend robot, that will be handed over to her at the machinima filmfest (given she's there).
